Our Corporate Responsibility (CR) Strategy is our response to the key challenges we face and a chance to live our corporate responsibility. Transparent and innovative CR reporting, tailored to the requirements of our target groups, is part of that responsibility.
MAN has been publishing a CR report annually since 2011. This allowed us to target all of our stakeholders with a single publication. For 2014, we decided to use a reporting approach featuring three different formats aimed at our different target groups – all under the heading of „Corporate Responsibility at MAN in 2014“.
Our MAN CR Online Journal presents the corporate responsibility highlights of 2014, such as the realignment of our CR strategy and our long-term partnership with SOS Children's Villages. The online format is aimed at employees, job applicants, customers, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and members of the general public.
The MAN CR Journal offers a clearly structured summary of the 2014 corporate responsibility activities presented in the Online Journal and the GRI Report. It is primarily intended to provide a quick CR overview for our employees around the world. This publication is also available in print. In our 2014 MAN GRI Report, we provide a transparent account of what we achieved in 2014 in the area of corporate responsibility and sustainability and what we plan to accomplish in the future. Here for the first time we are reporting to the new G4 standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). Our 2014 GRI Report contains detailed information for analysts, investors, customers, and business partners.
